Instructions for International Based Travel Agents

Thank you for signing up as a travel agent representing Teeming River Cruises.

In order to complete your registration process, please take the time to fill out a W-8 form HERE.

How to Reserve a Unit

1. All reservations must be filled out and made online
2. The passenger’s information needs to go into the Guest Information section, including all contact information (email address and phone number).
3. In the Notes, enter your name and companies name
4. For the How did you find us?, answer Travel Agent
5. The payment method must be a credit card issued in the name of the passenger. TeemingRC must be the merchant of record on all customer charges.
6. Please email a copy of all passengers Passports to info@teemingvr.com
7. Once the passenger is paid in full, the commission will be issued in the form of a check and mailed to your address on file. The commission is based on the original gross cabin fare. Any upgrades made will not affect the commission total.
